Privacy and data choices

Essential processing

Viral Hits Blitz processes your Site ID, security and rate-limit information, surf steps, points, reports, and saved privacy choice to operate the service and prevent abuse. Server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses. This processing cannot be disabled while using the service.

Optional first-party analytics

If you accept analytics, we collect page and surf events, a session identifier, Site ID, daily pseudonymous visitor identifier, device category, browser and operating-system family, viewport size, language, timezone, referring hostname, and campaign tags.

Analytics do not include your newsletter email, full referrer URLs, precise location, advertising identifiers, or fingerprinting hardware characteristics. Analytics are not sold or shared with third-party analytics providers and are automatically removed after 90 days.

Optional email updates

If you actively join email updates, we store your email address, the consent wording and time, subscription status, a pseudonymous network-security token, and campaign delivery or failure counts. Newsletter records are kept separate from anonymous Site IDs and optional analytics.

Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses remain on a suppression record so they are not mailed accidentally; they may be reactivated only through a new express signup or an administrator acting on your request.
